Co-operation Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding signing
In Tripoli, Libya, on Thursday 11/ 01 / 2007 the Co-operation Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding signed by the Secretariat of the General People's Committee for Manpower, Training and Employment; the Development Bank; and Shell Exploration and Production Libya GmbH.
The purpose of this event is to combine and coordinate the efforts of the parties participating in the Intilaaqah programme and to further identify the roles and responsibilities of each party so as to optimise the contributions of the respective parties and ensure the success of the programme.
